Responsibilities: • Develop and manage the overall technology strategy for the organization • Lead the technology team in the implementation of the technology strategy • Establish and maintain relationships with technology partners • Develop and maintain an understanding of the latest trends and developments in technology • Provide technical guidance and support to other departments • Design and implement IT policies and procedures • Monitor and assess technology performance and recommend improvements Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 5+ years of experience in a technology leadership role • Knowledge of current and emerging technologies • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical personnel • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments Preferred Skills: • Experience in software development • Knowledge of software architecture and design principles • Project management experience • Ability to identify and manage risks • Knowledge of IT security best practices • Ability to develop and manage budgets
